这家医美诊所真心值得推荐！环境非常干净舒适，每次来都有宾至如归的感觉。医生和护士都很专业耐心，会根据个人情况仔细讲解方案，不会强推项目，让人很放心。治疗过程轻松，效果也很满意，皮肤状态改善明显。前台服务贴心细致，预约方便，从进门到离开都感觉被好好照顾。整体体验感非常好，以后还会持续来这里做护理，也会推荐给身边的朋友。

It’s a pity. Lack of transparency will only ruin your reputation earned through hard work. Honestly, I was quite impressed by the doctor who was gentle, and showed great attention to details. Yet, what made me uneasy about and lose trust in this place is its lack of transparency. After consulting with the doctor, I was persuaded to buy a package of three treatments for acne scars at a FIXED price. I made the full payment through credit card. Yet, after the first treatment, I was told that from the next treatment onwards, they will charge me additional 3000 baht for each treatment. Their excuse was that they used/will use more drug for mesotherapy injection. But they NEVER mentioned this during the consultation and before my payment. Instead, the staff who speaks English kept pestering me to buy the Rejuran treatment even though I told her that I needed to see the effects of laser and mesotherapy treatment first. If you think the package price you offered is too low, please set a price you’re comfortable with. You can’t use a lower price to “lure” the customers to buy the service, and then ask for extra charges after they already made the full payment. Even though you agreed to refund me for the remaining treatments, it’s a quite unpleasant experience for me, with much time wasted and a loss of 450 baht transaction fee. As I said, if I am satisfied with your service, I will be your regular customer, and you don’t even have to worry about your Rejuran proposal as I’m well aware of its benefits. Please be more patient and allow the customers some time to consider your proposal. 醫生的確很細緻，但價格不透明讓人失望。和醫生溝通後，選擇了痘坑治療package， 包含三次治療（fraxel 激光，mesotherapy等），按醫師給的固定價格一次性支付了總價。但在第一次治療後，突然被告知，mesotherapy 他們需要用更大劑量的藥物,所以從第二次治療開始，每次需要加收3000株費用。但他們在consultation的時候和我付款前，完全沒提這事，也沒提我到底需要多少劑量。期間一職員一直在推薦韓國品牌Rejuran，我告訴她我需要看laser 和mesotherapy 治療效果再做決定，但她一直不停推薦。
